Eight determined teams gathered to compete in St. Margaret’s Quiz Night, including the ruling champions from St. Aidan’s, complete with Rector, Rev Nicholas Taylor. After an hour of intense competition, including a murderous ‘Music’ section devised by Michael Bawtree, the winners were the Team ‘Mixed Bag’ composed of St. Margaret’s regulars, winning by a narrow margin of just 3.5 points.
Together with the raffle, the event raised over £200 towards the Organ Fund. A great way to spend Friday evening. If you weren’t there, you’ve missed out so make sure you’re around for the next fundraising event on 17th June 2011.
